Capital Punishment or Death Penalty
One of the main arguments against used to be that there was always the chance of a judicial mistake, leading to the execution of an innocent person. There is also the moral argument that if killing is wrong when perpetrated by an individual, how can it be right if ordered by a judge. There is also, in many countries, a widely-held belief that capital punishment has no place in a civilized society but in our country we see this case with a religion view which is mentioned in Holy Quran under meaning of an eye for an eye , a tooth for a tooth. However I think it is mentioned also in Holy Gospel. It's logical if we say God knows about us more than us so if this is a holy order to kill the killer why do we refuse it, On the other hand the problem becomes more complicated with judicial mistakes.
